.The Miningers were senior pastors for 17 years in CA before spending the last 34 years serving as missionaries in E. Europe and Scandinavia. They have active ministry in over a dozen nations. Planting churches is a major focus of their work. God graced them for 29 church plants in various regions of the world. The most recent church plant is inside Finland. Besides preaching on the street, in prisons, schools, military bases, on radio and TV, they are also international conference speakers. Their heartbeat is to train local leaders to take their place in the harvest. Larry and Deborah developed a School of Ministry (SOM) that is associated with Advantage College. When the SOM is completed, they are authorized to confer a Diploma of Ministry to each graduate. At last count, 918 local church leaders have graduated their SOM. Both Larry and Deborah have earned their Master of Arts Degree from Advantage College where Larry is a teacher and proctor. They are also Master Trainers of Dynamic Church Planting International. Finally, God has moved on Larry’s heart to author 5 books that assist Christians in maturity. The titles are Recovering The Inner Witness Of The Spirit, Improve Your Swordsmanship, and The Pentecost Factor (an approved textbook for Advantage College). Deborah and Larry co-authored the title of Restore Amazing Back To Grace. The 5th title, Rescued From The Storms of Satan, will be published shortly.
